Biographical Sketch: Dr. Quinlivan is an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine at University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. She also serves as the medical director of the UNC Infectious Diseases clinic. Dr. Quinlivan is the Principal Investigator on the HRSA funded Guide to Healing Project along with currently serving as principal investigator or co-investigator on three other intervention research projects. She has worked with many projects to assist investigators to conduct clinical and translational research studies with the patients seen in the clinic. Her goal is to a foster an environment that makes research participation a simple and positive experience for patients and promotes the advancement of HIV clinical care.
