Biographical Sketch: Lisa Martin holds an M.A. in Gender and Cultural Studies from Simmons College and a Ph.D. in Public Health from the Health Behavior & Health Eduction Department at the University of Michigan. She is currently an Assistant Professor at the University of Michigan, Dearborn with joint appointments in Health Policy and Women's and Gender Studies. Her current research projects explore the impact of stigma on abortion providers including the development of supportive interventions for providers.
