Biographical Sketch: Christine Fu works for the American Red Cross as a Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor in the International Services Division. She is a social and behavioral scientist and conducts applied research in the design and evaluation of community-based disaster risk reduction interventions as well as programs concerning HIV prevention, community-based health and school safety.
