Biographical Sketch: Lilli Mann is currently a second-year MPH student in the Department of Health Behavior and Health Education at the Gillings School of Global Public Health at the University of North Carolina. She has worked in Latin America as well as in the U.S.-Mexico border region, and her main professional interests involve community-based programs addressing the intersection of immigration and health both in the US and abroad. In addition to recent work with a promotora-based mental health intervention with women in rural Mexico, she has experience with projects with Latino youth and adults in North Carolina focused on such issues as HIV prevention, reproductive rights, and dating violence. She received her BA in Sociology and Hispanic Studies from the College of William and Mary.
