Biographical Sketch: Richard Ingram, M.Ed., Dr.P.H., is currently research faculty at the University of Kentucky College of Public Health and works with the National Coordinating Center for Public Health Systems and Services Research. He is working on multiple PHSSR projects, including a study examining the differences and similarities among different typologies of public health systems, and also is actively engaged in efforts to increase the utilization and knowledge of PHSSR resources, including updating the PHSSR subset of the HSRR database.
