Biographical Sketch: For the past five years, Sarah has worked at JBS International, where she nurtured an interest in learning about mental health and trauma-informed care in work with youth and families. At the same time, Sarah has always been drawn to the therapeutic potential of art, music, and other expressive outlets. While pursuing her MPH in Community Health Education from San Francisco State University, she co-created Release: Self-Care for Trauma Workers, through SFSU’s Health Equity Institute.
