Biographical Sketch: Mazen is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Maryland, School of Nursing, received his BS in Nursing from the American University of Beirut (1999) and MPH (2001). His area of interest is workplace violence, focused on organization of work and the work environment. Mazen career highights invovled being the Magnet Coordinator for the 1st Magnet designated facility in the Middle East (Lebanon) and as cabinet member of the Order of Nurses in Lebanon.
