Biographical Sketch: Dr. Frederic (Fred) Grant is the Chief Scientist of Northrop Grumman Corporation’s Public Health Division—which provides advanced IT and business solutions for government and commercial clients. Dr. Grant holds multiple advanced degrees including a PhD (Strategic Planning), MPH (Prevention Science), and MBA (Marketing). He is an elected member of the Delta Omega Public Health Honor Society. Additionally, he is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Data Processor (CDP).
