Biographical Sketch: Mr. Barrett is a doctoral student at the College of Public Health at the University of South Florida, where he obtained his Master's of Science in Public Health. Mr. Barrett is employed as a research support specialist in the Department of Mental Health Law & Policy also at the University of South Florida. Mr. Barrett's research interests and work focuses on therapeutic interventions for those with behavioral health issues involved with the criminal justice system.
