Biographical Sketch: Kathleen Hoke Dachille, Law School Professor Director, Network for Public Health Law --Eastern Region University of Maryland School of Law Under Dachille’s direction, the Network’s Eastern Region deliverables have focused on environmental health, food safety and injury prevention. Dachille has conducted research and prepared materials on hydrofracturing, medical marijuana, and health agency access to school health records. Dachille teaches the Public Health Law Clinic through which she engages students in the work of the Network.
