Biographical Sketch: Sandra Sulzer is a post-doctoral fellow at the Cecil G. Sheps Center for Health Services Research at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has a PhD in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Annabelle Potvin is a recent graduate from the University of Wisconsin and plans to pursue a graduate degree in public health and social work.
