Biographical Sketch: David Hollar, PhD, MS, is an Assistant Professor of Health Management and Informatics with Pfeiffer University. He has twelve years of applied disability research experience. He has expertise in multivariate statistics, including structural equation models, patient advocacy, and genomics. Besides many peer-reviewed publications, his most recent book is the Handbook of Children with Special Health Care Needs, published by Springer in 2012. He has been a member of APHA and the Disability Section since 2002.
