Biographical Sketch: Ms. Malkin has been employed by Pima County Health Department for 23 years and currently is the Community Health Services Division Manager. She graduated with a BSN from Capital University, Columbus, Ohio and a MS from the University of Arizona in Tucson. She has spent the majority of her career in Home Health and Public Health. Ms Malkin has experience in program development, implementation and evaluation and grant writing.
