Biographical Sketch: Dr. Gamache is a research, development, and evaluation specialist for health services organizations, private foundations, and public service systems. In his current capacity at the Louisiana Public Health Institute, he works closely with agencies and initiatives that are integrating primary health care and behavioral health. His Ph.D. is from the Department of Psychological and Social Foundations within the College of Education, University of South Florida.
