Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: As a career-long state health official and voluntary university faculty (Brown U), I organized many training, conferences and other sessions at the local, state, regional, national and international level--including World Social Marketing conference in the UK, Ireland and Canada. Several of these resulted in papers published in professionals journals and organizational publications. I helped to organize and guide the group that developed the HP2020 objectives for social marketing and conducted baseline evaluation.
