Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I lead the community strategy for Norwalk Hospital, spearheaded community partnerships with local government, businesses, health departments and several community health organizations/agencies to improve local communities. I established a Committee whose purpose is to oversee the Community Health Assessment & Improvement Plan and monitor community benefit. I also co-chair a regional project to end and prevent homelessness. This group has established a community care team, has attracted grant support, and received designated housing vouchers.
