This session will analyze challenges and strategies utilized in scaling up programs, improving quality and continuity of care, and adoption of clinical practice guidelines.
Session Objectives: Explain how to forge and manage partnerships during scale up of large programs Discuss challenges hospitals confront in improving quality of care in the labor and delivery suite – including innovative incentives to encourage adoption of guidelines Identify new ways to standardize quality of emergency obstetric care Describe factors critical to improving continuity of essential care for women.
