This session covers strategies from interpreting quantitative data, to utilizing GIS methods, and translating finding to relevant messages for state and local policy makers.
Session Objectives: Describe state health departmentsí successful and innovative strategies to improve population health. Identify strategies that can shared and/or adapted for use in other state health departments nationwide.
