Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I am a senior program officer with a private foundation. Although my employer does not actively engage in advocacy and policy, I collaborate with many other foundations that do as well as several nonprofit advocacy agencies/groups. This has also become a popular topic for discussion within the philanthropic sector, and thus we are offering it as a Town Hall session at APHA to allow us to learn from each other and from those with expertise.
