Before working at the Trust, Kuliva worked at Access Community Health Network as their Manager of Planning and Development. While working with Access, I Kuliva managed a $8M portfolio of community health grants from private and public institutions, lead community assessment processes, and facilitated fundraising and program development activities for a state-wide programmatic initiative.
