Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I am associate professor of clinical psychiatry at lousiana State University and am an investigator on the Mental and Behavioral Heath Capacity Project (MBHCP). I served as principle investigator on the initiial SAMHSA SERG grant for determining scope of impact of the disaster incident immediately following the Gulf Oil Spill of April 2010. I directed of the State of Louisiana crisis counseling services following the immediate incident to residents directly impacted in the designated parishes.
