Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I am a registered nurse and health educator with more the 25 years experience in behavioral health and currently work in a treatment clinic that provides buprenorphine treatment for opioid addiction. I am also the associate director of treatment and recovery services for the single state authority in Maine. In this capacity I am very involved in policy and capacity building efforts around health reform and medications for addiction treatment.
