Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I am a public health ethicist, specializing in ethics and epistemology of eating and behavior change. I have an 4000-word entry on weight stigma in an upcoming Springer encyclopedia of food and agricultural ethics, so am really interested in that session. I'm working on food policy and diversity in eating preferences and have published both theoretical and qualitative studies with a social scientist on health behavior change and obesity.
