Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I am the principal investigator on a qualitative study that is looking at improving
treatment engagement with criminal justice-supervised persons who are released in the community under Los Angeles County supervision. I am interested professionally in helping address health disparities among criminal justice populations, particularly in inner city neighborhoods, using a variety of data analysis methods, including GIS, qualitative and participatory research, in order to improve substance abuse treatment engagement and public safety.
