Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have served as a co-principal on a grant funded by the National Cancer Institute to evaluate quality of life among gay prostate cancer survivors and currently teach a graduate level course with a strong focus on social determinants of health. I have also served as a lead-author and co-author on several research publications related to substance use. My current scientific interests include healthcare outcomes/health disparities among LGBT elders and addictions health services research.
