Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have, for the past 15 years, focused my professional activites on improving the oral health of high-risk children by training primary care medical providers to offer caries prevention as part of the EPSDT examination. I am currently doing a 7 county oral health project in Southwestern MN. The focus is to educate community stakeholders about oral health so they can take ownership of the caries crisis affecting their children and solve it.
