My former roles as a National Director with a national latino organization, an Administrator for a large hospital system in NYC, and now as a senior advisor within HRSA's HIV/AIDS Bureau provides me with a varied and broad spectrum of experience applicable to the large grant programs, research based activities, and the development and implementation of programs at the national level.
