PHE was established as the nation's first integrated PH agency bringing together the Health Protection Agency, NHS public health. Previously I held executive roles in the NHS and in UK hospital medicine and general practice. My interest is tackling health inequalities having pioneered approaches over 15 years. I also worked in Sudan, Pakistan and Monterrat and continue to support international work.
