Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I designed and implemented the first Child Death Review Team (1978) supported the spread of teams to all states and multiple countries as chief consultant for the ICAN National Center on Child Fatality Review, NCFR. The chief trainer for Domestic Violence Fatality Review and I will pursue a combined process. This project will be connected to APHA by the Family Violence Prevention Caucus.
