Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: Michael Kogan, PhD is the Director of the Office of Epidemiology and Research at the Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Bureau, which is also responsible for program evaluations. He has initiated courses on program evaluation, given talks on strengthening the scientific rigor of public health programs, and conducted numerous workshops on performance measurement, evidence-based public health, and scientific writing. He chaired the workgroup which developed a new performance measurement system for MCH in the US.
