Review of assigned article on evaluation

This part of the workshop will involve a class discussion on an evaluation article assigned beforehand. We will address a number of key questions, such as: was the correct evaluation design used; was there evidence that the evaluation design was developed at the start of the program; was there evidence that the program and the evaluation used logic models, and had performance measures; and was the design of the program evidence-based or evidence-informed?

She has been responsible for program evaluations in the two state health departments for which she worked (Maryland and Minnesota); and has done program evaluation training for state public health professionals for 20 years through the MCH Leadership Skills Training Institute and the MCH Epidemiology training program.
