Worker Memorial Week Activities – The National Movement for Safe Jobs
This poster will present information collected from groups around the country related to 2015 Worker Memorial Week [WMW]. Worker Memorial Week has become the high point of health and safety activism around the country and globally. This poster will present images, reports and activities that contribute to the success of this event. National COSH is a non-profit organization that helps support these efforts nationwide. Information included in this poster will include:
Reports, News coverage and images from activities and stories around the country related to Worker Memorial Week
Fatality Data Project - We will display some examples of fatality cases that use person stories to convey the prevention message.
Organizing strategies for building the next events for 2016 WMW events.

He worked for the UAW International Union coordinating educational programs for more than twenty years. Previously, he worked for Michigan State University in Labor Education. His work specializes in worker education, specializing in participative adult education and innovative programs to educate and motivate workers about improving health and safety in their workplaces.
