New Mexico (NM) approved the Medicaid Expansion under the Affordable Care Act to increase the number of children and adults eligible for Medicaid in the state.  Medicaid Expansion as health policy will be affected by the implementation strategies. Outreach and enrollment are key steps in the implementation process in diverse and multilingual states.  The presentation will explore the logic model and the implementation of  an inter-sectorial  health promotion intervention that facilitated enrollment  and recertification of children and families at a school district level. Health policy recommendations  will discuss using Health in an All Policy Model to enhance the impact of the Medicaid Expansion policy.
