Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: As Harvard Medical School Dean for Diversity and Community Partnership, my responsibilities include oversight of all diversity activities including LGBT, as they relate to faculty, trainees, students, and staff. My primary focus is workforce, mentoring and leadership development in the bio-medical sciences. I have developed, directed and continue to provide leadership for a multi-faceted portfolio of programs to support the career development of faculty and trainees, including teaching, training, leadership, professional development and research.
