This presentation will discuss what is being done in Vietnam by the US and Vietnamese governments to address the ongoing impacts of Agent Orange/Dioxin on human health and the environment.  It will also examine what is known to date about the impacts of Agent Orange/Dioxin in Laos. Have these mitigation efforts been effective? What more needs to be done to ensure that the public health risks of dioxin exposure are eliminated and that any mitigation programs reach the most heavily impacted communities.
