Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: Anne Marks, MPP, is Executive Director of Youth ALIVE! - a nationally recognized and replicated violence prevention and intervention agency - and Training Director for the National Network of Hospital-based Violence Intervention Programs (NNHVIP). Before joining Youth ALIVE! in 2010, she administered the City of Oakland’s prison reentry program and oversaw $6 million annually of violence prevention strategies. She received her Master of Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School.
