I will provide the history and overview of the certified in public health (CPH) credential; as well as discuss changes in the CPH exam, new resources and the benefits of becoming certified.

Describe the areas of knowledge related to epidemiology which are tested on the CPH exam. Identify the areas of knowledge tested on the CPH exam related to environmental health sciences. Discuss the CPH exam areas of knowledge related to biostatistics. Define the areas of knowledge related to behavioral and social sciences which are tested on the CPH exam. Explain the CPH exam areas of knowledge related to health policy and management. Describe the CPH exam areas of knowledge related to cross-cutting competencies.
