Achieving leadership positions of any type requires a combination of skills.  Among the more significant of these skills is effective communication, an ability to build and work with a professional network, and perseverance.

Describe how to obtain practice in improving communication skills. Describe a real life example of how a leader can take lessons learned in one setting and apply them in others. Describe how developing and working professional networks can help you break glass ceilings.
