Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: Dr. Omar Hasan is Vice President for Improving Health Outcomes at the American Medical Association where he is responsible for leading a transdisciplinary team in developing and implementing the AMAâs national strategy for improving health outcomes and curbing cost growth for a select group of high-impact medical conditions, including cardiovascular disease and associated risk factors such as cigarette smoking. In this role, he oversees the AMAâs strategic collaborations with the CDC and the U.S. DHHS.
