I hold a BS in Nursing (University of the State of New York), an MPH (Boston University), and an MPA (Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University). I have been a local and a national leader in advancing public health. I have been a leader in Oregon’s effort to transform our state’s health care system. I have served on the Board of NACCHO.
