Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: As Vice President for Improving Health Outcomes at the American Medical Association, I am responsible for leading a transdisciplinary team in developing and implementing the AMA’s national strategy for improving health outcomes and curbing cost growth for a select group of high-impact medical conditions. In this role, I oversee the AMA’s strategic collaborations with the CDC and Department of Health and Human Services focused on diabetes prevention and cardiovascular risk reduction.
