Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: At HRET, I have been involved with identifying exemplars of cross-sector collaboration, catalogued and analyzed community health needs assessments (CHNAs) that identified key issues of community health concern, and identified the community partners most frequently engaged by hospitals and health systems. We have also identified four key roles that health systems play in engaging community resources in cross-sector improvement projects and have identified key process and outcomes measures that measure the health of a community.
