These include: Healthy Communities Initiatives; the YMCAâs Diabetes Prevention Program; the LIVESTRONG at the YMCA cancer survivorship program; EnhanceFitness; Moving for Better Balance; blood pressure self-monitoring and childhood obesity intervention programs; and initiatives to help individuals and families become aware of and obtain clinical preventive services.
