Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: As Director of Program Services for FCD Prevention Works, I have nearly a decade of experience in community-based participatory research, launching my career as a consultant and trainer for the Baltimore City Public Mental Health System. Internationally, I provide data-driven trainings, programs and consultations on the evidence-based social norms approach to substance abuse prevention and co-author prevention resources for communities including FCD's database of student alcohol and other drug use and perceptions across 22 countries.
