Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have worked for and with CHWs for 18 years. I have done CHW workforce studies for the States of Arizona, Texas and Indiana, and for Seattle/King County. I developed an e-learning series on CHW policy for CDC, and was a lead author on HRSA's CHW National Workforce Study (2007). I have also trained CHWs, supervisors and instructors, and advised state CHW policy initiatives, in over 20 states and have consulted for various national organizations.
