Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I am the principal consultant for child health issues at the Illinois State Board of Education and sit on the planning boards or steering committees of the ICASA (Illinois Coalition against Sexual Assault) and the PROMISE Task Force (to eliminate CSEC, Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children). I am versed in the ACE studies (Adverse Childhood Experiences) and have spoken on this topic at local and state conferences.
