Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have been a trainer and technical assistance provider in HIV testing and counseling, HIV prevention and treatment adherence for 20 years, including rolling out Los Angeles County's PrEP program. I was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Liberia, West Africa, and took a sabbatical from LA County to work as an HIV trainer for US Peace Corps in Zimbabwe. My scientific interests include virology, immunology, epidemiology and the evolution of HIV.
