Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have worked in the field for over 18 years, including my current role where I support workforce initiatives, facilitate the New England CHW Coalition, and assist to establish networking opportunities for CHWs. In my prior position at a home care agency, I contributed in an innovative model of community engagement to address disparities in end-of-life care in the Latino culture. I use my familiarity to build relationships among community members, healthcare providers and CHWs.
