From 2013-2015, i organized a conference on the Social Determinants of Migrant Health, which took place October 7-14, 2014, at the Rockefeller Foundation Bellagio Center in Bellagio, Italy. This conference produced a report and call to action in early 2015, both available at www.cultureofhealthequity.org.
