Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I am a clinical professor of psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, and a nationally recognized expert on suicide and depression. I spearheaded the National Depression Screening Day®, and also established the Screening for Mental health (SMH) Suicide Education and Research Division, which educates clinical professionals about the assessment and treatment of suicidal individuals. In addition, working with SAMHSA, I led the development of the SAFE-T (Suicide Assessment Five-Step Evaluation and Triage).
